Offloadhours.com describes our business automation consulting services and offers a free audit. Using the site is free and creates no obligation on either side.

The free audit

The audit — whether by scheduled call, contact form, or the AI phone diagnostic at (832) 909-1882 — is free and carries no obligation. Its findings are a good-faith assessment based on what you tell us, not a binding quote or a guarantee of outcomes.

Engagements

Actual consulting and automation work is governed by the written agreement for that project — scope, fixed price, deliverables, and timelines are set there. Nothing on this website modifies or overrides a signed agreement.

Results and examples

The results described on this site (time savings, cost figures, ROI math) are real engagements or illustrative models, with details anonymized. They show what automation can do; your results depend on your processes, systems, and follow-through. Content on this site is general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

The free book

The Work You're Avoiding is free to read for personal use. It's built from publicly available interviews; the embedded clips belong to their creators, and its pages link you to them. Its own privacy & terms page covers the details.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Offload Hours. You're welcome to link to any page; don't republish site content as your own.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the contact form, the phone line, or the site itself (spam, scraping at volume, attempting to disrupt service). The hidden form field exists to catch bots; automated submissions are discarded.

No warranty

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranty that it always will be. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. (Engagement deliverables are covered by their own agreements — see above.)

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
